(68) was appointed as a
Director in March 2003 and is Chairman of the company. Mr O'Callaghan is a
barrister and solicitor, a consultant to the national law firm Corrs Chambers
Westgarth, a Partner from 1960-2002, Chairman of Partners of the Melbourne
office from 1993 -1999 and was Manager of the Property and Development Division
from 1965 -1992. Mr O'Callaghan is Chairman of Downer EDI Limited, Chairman of
Mercy Health and Aged Care Inc and is a Non-Executive Director of the Selpam
Group and Monterey Investments. He was formerly a non-executive director of the
Linfox Group, Hudson Conway Limited, the Royal Melbourne Institute of
Technology Graduate School of Business and the Committee for Melbourne. He was
also Chairman of Xavier College Council.
(54) is Managing Director of
the company. Mr Trumble has over 30 years experience in the Information and
Communications Technology Industry. He has held Directorships and Executive
positions with a number of Australian and Multinational Companies. Mr Trumble
has extensive experience which includes establishment of technology based
enterprises and building new concepts into successful businesses both in
Australia and South East Asia. His drive and enthusiasm for MyPostie comes from
a belief that solutions to community issues can come from the application of
existing and new technology in an uncomplicated way. "..Our marketplace
comprises a group of people who don't need any more complication in their lives
- we aim to deliver a solution which is successful in its simplicity."
(54) is Operations Director of
the company. Mr McCarthy has served on the Boards of the Victorian Authorised
Newsagency Association(VANA) and Newspower (Marketing). He has been a Director
of a number of Companies in Melbourne and Canberra and is currently a Director
of Outlet Books - a retail chain throughout Australia. He has previously served
as International Relations Officer with the Federal Dept. of Transport and
Policy as well as an International Liaison Officer with the RAAF.

(38) is Technical Director of
the company. Mr Elwood has a background in electronics engineering and software
development. He is Managing Director of Etechgroup Pty Ltd - our technology
partner and has extensive experience in technical innovation and overseas
marketing with interests in Australia, Hong Kong, Russia and the UK.Mr. Elwood
has over 15 years experience in the IT and Electronics sector, has worked in
Germany as senior design Engineer, and has lectured at RMIT in the fields of
Digital Electronics and Computer Programming, before setting up Etech Group in
1993.
(52) is Finance Director of the
company. He has an Economics qualification and has held a number of senior
management positions in the banking sector and in government. Mr Wendt has held
a number of executive positions both in Australia and Internationally - with
Heller Finance(Fuji Bank), Rural Finance Corporation of Victoria, Victorian
Economic Development Corporation and the Fiji Development Bank. He is currently
a Board Member of Outlet Books - a retail chain throughout Australia.
