Q. What happens if I send a letter to the wrong person?
A. Addressing mail incorrectly is also possible with regular Post. You may have
to re-send the letter correctly. In MyPostie®, you are only able to send
letters to registered correspondents – therefore minimizing this possibility.
Q. Who Pays for it?
A. MyPostie® is free for mail received by residents at the Kiosk and (at the
discretion of the installed site) cost a nominal fee for each outgoing mail
item sent to Web Users. The usage fee would then be similar to the cost of
sending a letter by regular Post.
Q. Is my Letter secure and confidential?
A. Yes, MyPostie® is a Virtual Private Network(VPN) and therefore eliminates
the concerns about privacy and security. Although remote users access MyPostie®
via the Internet, they are connected within our secure website. This is done so
to prevent any risks associated with public access. Letters are removed from
the system automatically when they are successfully received at their
destination.
Q. Can I add more people to my list of correspondents?
A. Yes, you can have an unlimited number of people to correspond with - as long
as they have an email address.

A. You can visit our website at www.mypostie.com or simply fill in the
enrolment form and fax or mail it to us at the address on the website.

A. We can replace your card within 24 hours – a small fee may be associated
with this.
Q. Can I cancel my membership if I need to?
A. Yes, the MyPostie® membership is discretionary – just like any ISP and can
be terminated at any time.

A. No, the MyPostie® Kiosk provides all that is required by a “Kiosk User” and
communicates automatically with Family and Friends via the MyPostie® Website
which is accessible via a standard internet browser.
Q. Is it complicated to use?
A. No, the primary objective of MyPostie® is to be simple and easy to use. All

and there is no evidence on the screen of any technical information or
controls. Users of MyPostie® do not require any special computer skills or

suggestions from our Members.

Afford, Understand or Successfully Operate conventional Email using existing
Computer Facilities – yet they wanted to communicate with Family and Friends
who were active Email users.
